Update - We confirmed that share links are coming back online as our CDN refreshes its response cache. We are checking a sample of client share links periodically to track restoration.

Monitoring - We have determined that Google's transfer of DNS records to Squarespace has led to a DNS configuration. We are correcting settings and monitoring. Some share links have been restored.

Resolved - A broken TLS relationship between Cloudflare and AWS resulted in an infinite redirect error (301) from approx. 8pm to 9:00pm PDT. The trust relationship was reset and we observe that our admin, portal, and snippet applications are working as expected. We will continue monitoring to ensure services remain availabile.
